Roll & Relax (The Summer Edition)
Set an intention for your summer season & let go of the busyness of spring and roll into summer. In this workshop we use therapy balls and myofascial release techniques to help reset our body/mind through self massage. After rolling out we will relax deeply through a series of restorative postures and end with yoga nidra to get us set for the long days of summer.
