Andy La Magna

Andy recently moved back home to Toronto after 8 years of living abroad. She has studied Holistic Nutrition, Vinyasa Yoga and Pilates while living in Berlin, Germany. She has taught in Berlin, Bali, Morocco, Jamaica and Toronto. She believes integrating Pilates and Yoga into our fitness routines creates the best results. She typically teaches an up-beat challenging class with a lot of functional core and athletic focus.
