Chantel1 You live with yourself for whatever amount of years you've been on this earth and you think you have some idea of who you are. Then you come to this training and it's like there's this whole other brand new person that's been waiting to show itself at the perfect moment. Peace isn't easy to find or hold on to. However, once you've had a taste of it there's no going back, you're on a constant search for how to achieve and maintain it. All Class Types

  • Moksha

    A challenging, healthy all-level hot yoga sequence (linked with breath).

  • Yang Yin

    Flow (Vinyasa) followed by Yin. The class offers a balance between a strength based practice and a practice that moves more into flexibility and relaxation. With or without music. Reduced Heat.

  • Vinyasa

    A method of yoga in which movement between poses forms a flowing sequence in coordination with breath. It is suggested to take 5 Moksha Flow classes before a Vinyasa class. Reduced Heat.

  • Pilates

    Pilates is a system of controlled exercises that engage the mind and condition the total body. The blend of strength and flexibility training improves posture and reduces stress.

  • Restorative/Yin

    A slow, deep class where you can relax and recharge. Yin yoga with a focus on poses that are restorative allowing us let go of long-held tensions that manifest both physically and mentally.

  • Yoga Tune Up®

    Learn the nuts and bolts of human movement and anatomy in this challenging but accessible practice. This unique program is focused on keeping you strong, healthy and active.

  • Moksha Flow

    A challenging, healthy, hot yoga FLOW sequence. Postures are linked with breath and downward-upward dog flow sequences. it is suggested to take 5 Moksha classes before a Moksha Flow.

  • Moksha L2

    A challenging and healthy intermediate hot yoga sequence with a short meditation and an extended savasana.

  • Yin

    Long, deep holds to relax and restore joints and muscles. Reduced Heat.

  • Moksha Pre-natal

    Breath and movement that compliments our regular series for expecting mothers.

  • Community Class

    A reduced-fee Moksha class led by a teacher-in-training.

  • Karma Class

    A reduced-fee Moksha class. All proceeds support not-for-profit organizations.
