I balance my bliss with yoga, music and good company. I’ve been fumbling through the restraints (yamas) and observances (niyamas) of yoga for the past twelve years. My physical yoga (asana) practice has taught me to listen to my gut, to rest my head, to be kind to my shadows and to do everything with so much care, one deep breath at a time.
My yoga is rooted in the healing foundation of Moksha. I love the dance and challenge of a good sweaty flow class that melts me into stillness. As a teacher I am dedicated to creating a space for people to feel challenged, cared for and connected in a healthy way. I will remind you how strong you are and nourish you with fun.
