Mark-Anthony first encountered Moksha Yoga in 2009 while studying piano performance at Western University. After discovering an efficient way to ease muscle tension and still build strength, he immediately began to develop a regular practice. Two years later, he was driven to obtain his Moksha Yoga Level 1 Teacher Training (Victoria, 2011) and has since completed trainings for Moksha Yoga Advanced/Level 2 (Nosara, 2014), Moksha Flow (Toronto 2015), as well as Body Harmonics’ Mat Pilates (Toronto 2015).
Mark-Anthony brings a balance of alignment focus and breath awareness to his classes, allowing practices to be both invigorating and nourishing. He loves classical music, drinking coffee, and smiling often.
