Debbie Wilson, a dance teacher and social activist walked into her first yoga studio in 2009 and discovered a missing part of her life – peace of mind. Her passion for learning has and continues to draw her to accomplished practitioners in dance, theatre, art, design, music and yoga to inform her own path of self growth, social consciousness and responsible action. In 2013 she became a certified Moksha instructor. Yoga is a continuation of Debbie’s lifelong study of the human body and spirit. Through the exploration of physical challenge, the support of breath and invitation to stillness, Debbie hopes to help her students find the peace and support that she has found in yoga.
