Angela Hanes

With extensive training in Vinyasa, Kundalini  & mindfulness meditation,  Angela‘s teaching style is much like her practice: always different, evolving, & growing. Angela uses Intelligent Sequencing to build creative flow sequences that include long holds, breath work, meditation, mindfulness and awareness. She encourages students not to limit their practice to the mat only, but to find ways to take the practice off the mat and incorporate it into every aspect of their life.
